How it works
- Download your data from Instagram: Accounts Center → Your information and permissions → Download your information. Choose "Followers and following" and the JSON format.
- When Instagram emails you, download the ZIP file.
- Drop the ZIP here. Your browser compares the two files and shows who doesn't follow you back.
What you see and why
Instagram's download includes a file of the accounts that follow you and a file of the accounts you follow. This page opens the ZIP in your browser, reads those two files and compares them. It never sends them anywhere: there is no upload, and you can switch off Wi-Fi after the page loads and it still works.
Because it uses your own download, it never asks for your password. Apps that do ask for it put your account at risk and break Instagram's terms.

Is it safe? Do you see my data?
We never see it. The comparison runs in your browser and the files never leave your device. The page makes no network request with your data.
Why not just log in with Instagram?
Instagram gives outside apps no official way to compare your own followers and following, so apps that ask for your password log in as you. That can get your account locked. Your own download is the safe way.
I uploaded the ZIP but nothing was found.
Make sure you picked "Followers and following" and the JSON format when requesting the download. The HTML format works too. If you unzipped it, select the followers and following files together.
Why is someone listed who I know follows me?
Your download is a snapshot from when you requested it. Anyone who followed you since then won't be in it.
